Broward County Officials Accused of Adding Over 100,000 Ineligible Voters to the Rolls [WATCH]

Florida GOP Chairman Evan Power raised concerns Monday about alleged voter irregularities in Broward County after claiming that more than 100,000 ineligible voters were recently added back into the county’s rolls, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

According to Power, Broward County Supervisor of Elections Joe Scott oversaw the update, which showed a sharp spike in registered Democrats within a single day. Power shared the information publicly and warned that the situation warranted close scrutiny.

Broward County, the second-most populous county in Florida after Miami-Dade, saw the number of registered Democrats jump from 522,246 in the morning to 609,523 by the end of the day, according to figures posted online by the Supervisor of Elections office.

“This is significant,” Power said, noting that Republicans flipped the county earlier this year. The sudden increase in Democrat registrations has prompted questions about how the change occurred and whether the additions included ineligible voters.

Florida’s Voice published a chart breaking down the shift in registration numbers, highlighting the rapid rise in Democrat voter totals. The updated data remains visible on the Broward County Supervisor of Elections website.

The Gateway Pundit reported contacting the Supervisor of Elections office on Tuesday to request clarification. An office staff member took down contact information and said officials would respond, though no further comment had been provided at the time of reporting.

The development comes as election integrity remains a priority for Florida Republicans. Broward County, which includes Fort Lauderdale, has historically been one of the most Democratic-leaning counties in the state and has previously faced criticism over election administration.

Republican leaders have stressed the need for greater transparency in voter roll management and have warned against potential irregularities ahead of future elections.

Power reiterated that close monitoring of Broward County’s voter rolls is essential to ensuring public trust in the state’s elections.

The sudden gain of more than 87,000 registered Democrats in a single day continues to draw attention, with further updates from county officials expected.
