She might be a PC drone, but she can ball!
It’s been a whirlwind for Indiana Fever superstar Caitlin Clark ever since her season kicked off Saturday, which saw a little situation pop off between her and her rival Angel Reese, but it hasn’t affected Clark’s performance on the court whatsoever.
Squaring off Tuesday against the Atlanta Dream, where the Fever suffered a one-point 91-90 defeat, Clark put up a double-double of 27 points and 11 assists. (RELATED: WNBA Game Between Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese Brings In Historical Ratings)
Clark was the leading scorer in the game, with superstar Brittney Griner putting up 21 points for Atlanta. And not only did she lead in scoring, not only did she rack up a double-double, she made history tying the record for the most games in WNBA history with at least 25 points and 10 assists. The second-year player has 10 games total where she’s hit that stat line, and to make it even crazier, Clark did it in just 42 contests.
Unbelievable stuff … just check out these numbers:
