Canada Suffers Another Humiliating Defeat, This Time On The Ice

Damn… Canada can’t catch a break in hockey. (LMAO)

With only 49 seconds remaining on the clock, W/C Nick Oleson scored a goal to give Denmark a 2-1 victory, and in the process, Canada a shocking defeat. The win Thursday from Denmark punched their tickets to the ice hockey world championship semifinals.

“I have no words, it’s unbelievable,” said Olesen after Denmark made the final four for the first time in history, per ESPN. “The fans here were cheering for us the whole game and they helped us get the win. It’s crazy.” (RELATED: Fans Melt Down, Chuck Beer And Jerseys Onto Ice As Maple Leafs Get Destroyed In Playoffs)

Oh, but it gets worse for Canada. In Herning in front of a sellout crowd, Denmark tied the game up with 2:17 left, doing so when left wing Nikolaj Ehlers tallied a goal while in traffic.

Yes, you read that correctly, Canada blew the game by allowing Denmark to score two goals in the final three minutes … epic choke job!

With the tension that’s been going on between the United States and Canada the past few months, and the tension between my Florida Panthers and Canadian teams (Edmonton Oilers and Toronto Maple Leafs), I’m all for Canada collapsing yet again. It’s truly a beautiful thing to witness.

With that being said, no disrespect to my boy Drake and Toronto as an ambassador to the city, it’s still very much all love. (No Diddy)
