Candace Owens and Erika Kirk Plan Meeting After Heated Public Exchanges [WATCH]

Erika Kirk and podcaster Candace Owens announced they will meet privately for what both described as a “productive discussion,” following a public dispute that has unfolded online and on national television in the months after the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, as reported by The New York Post.

The meeting is scheduled for Monday and will mark the first in-person interaction between the two women since Charlie Kirk was gunned down in early September.

The killing remains a focal point of public attention, particularly after Owens repeatedly advanced conspiracy claims about the circumstances surrounding Kirk’s death.

In coordinated posts on X, both women said they would refrain from public commentary until after the meeting concludes. Erika Kirk said she placed an embargo on “public discussions, livestreams, and tweets” related to the dispute.

“I look forward to a productive conversation. Thank you,” Kirk wrote.

Owens responded in a repost, saying, “I am very much looking forward to this discussion.”

Owens previously worked as a communications officer at Turning Point USA from 2017 to 2019.

In recent months, she has used her podcast and social media platforms to promote theories questioning the official narrative of Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

Those claims prompted a public response from Kirk’s widow during multiple television interviews.

Appearing on Fox News with host Harris Faulkner, Erika Kirk expressed frustration over what she described as false allegations being spread for profit.

“When you go out for the people that I love, and you’re making hundreds and thousands of dollars every single episode going after the people that I love, because somehow they’re in on this? No,” Kirk said.

“This is a mind virus. And so my message to them is to stop. To stop,” she added.

Kirk reiterated that message during an interview with CBS Editor-in-Chief Bari Weiss, who asked her directly what she would say to those spreading what Kirk described as lies about her husband’s death.

“Stop. That’s it. That’s all I have to say. Stop,” Kirk said.

Although she did not name Owens during either interview, Owens has been one of the most vocal figures continuing to question the circumstances of the assassination.

Owens addressed Kirk directly during a recent podcast episode, accusing her of what Owens called “Megan Markle syndrome,” which she defined as “where you want privacy when you want it, you want publicity when you want it.”

Owens criticized Kirk’s Fox News interview, saying the widow had “completely [missed] the mark.”

“None of this is passing the vibe check. You are not changing my mind about the fact that something weird happened that day and that TPUSA is acting funny because you give an impassioned plea and speak about Nehemiah on Fox News,” Owens said.

Owens’ theories have included claims that Israeli officials were involved in arranging Charlie Kirk’s killing. Similar speculation has been echoed by figures such as Tucker Carlson and Andrew Tate.

Despite Owens’ departure from Turning Point USA, her career remained intertwined with Charlie Kirk’s.

The two appeared together at multiple public events, and in her first post following his death, Owens wrote that they often argued “like an old couple.”

Owens has also faced unrelated legal controversy. French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife, Brigitte Macron, filed a defamation lawsuit against Owens after she repeatedly claimed, without evidence, that France’s first lady is transgender.
