Embarrassing yourself like this in that beautiful jersey is nasty work.
During his team’s Monday night matchup against the Charlotte Hornets, Cleveland Cavaliers center Thomas Bryant was quickly dished out a plate of karma. (RELATED: WNBA Could Soon Go On Strike As Players Almost Unanimously Revolt Against League)
In the opening quarter at Rocket Arena in Cleveland, Bryant capitalized on a favorable matchup close to the hoop, receiving an interior pass with just Charlotte rookie guard Kon Knueppel standing in his way to the basket. The Cavaliers veteran easily maneuvered past the young sharpshooter to score, then taunted him with a flex and the classic “too small” hand signal while jogging back down the court on defense.
The downside came quickly: Bryant seemed too focused on his celebration to pay attention to his footing, stumbling over nothing and crashing to the floor just as the Hornets pushed the ball upcourt to begin their offensive play.

I saw other sports bloggers giving Thomas Bryant credit for laughing the whole thing off, but what else was he going to do? How else was he supposed to shake off the utter embarrassment that he caused for himself?
And then on top of that, he adds to Cleveland‘s “Mistake by the Lake” culture.
Yall know how cities be having nicknames the big apple, motor city, windy city etc… why tf cleveland gotta be the mistake by the lake?!? 😭😭
