Civil servants are being handed free ice cream now. Co-conspirators have spotted an ice cream van parked outside Caxton House – the headquarters of the DWP – handing out sweet treats to civil servants who sign up to the government-backed digital expo next month. They have to scan a QR code, register, and “scoop up your free ice cream”…
