DeMarcus Cousins Attempts To Get Violent With Fans After Spraying Beer All Over Him

They don’t call him “Boogie” for nothing! My man was ready to get down!

Ex-NBA center DeMarcus Cousins attempted to charge after and get violent with fans that were in attendance for a professional basketball game in Puerto Rico. Before he could do so, however, he was restrained by security as fans continued to toss beer and other beverages his way.

Suiting up for the Guaynabo Mets, Cousins was slapped with an ejection in Monday’s contest taking on the Vaqueros de Bayamón. As he was about to go through the players’ tunnel to get to the locker room, Cousins was taunted by fans and they ratcheted things up by spraying him with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Yeah, Boogie wasn’t playing any of that nonsense and tried to charge back after the fans, but security ended up stopping him. If it wasn’t for security, there was a chance that Cousins would have climbed into the stands and sparked up “Malice at the Palace 2.0.”

Fans of the league took to Facebook and commented on the page of Vaqueros de Bayamón to call for Boogie to be hit with a suspension by Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN).

Cousins’ Mets suffered a 101-91 defeat against the Vaqueros. He became a Met in 2023 following an NBA career that lasted 11 seasons. Boogie was selected in the 2010 NBA Draft with the No. 5 overall pick, going on to play for seven franchises and being named an All-Star four times.

Just Boogie out here doing Boogie things!
