Comedian and actor Rob Schneider delivered a politically charged speech on Sunday at the 2025 Turning Point USA Student Action Summit, addressing a crowd of young conservatives with remarks that mixed humor, policy critique, and praise for recent actions taken by the Trump administration.
Taking the stage in Florida, Schneider wasted no time in voicing his skepticism of recent political narratives, including the controversy surrounding Joe Biden’s mental fitness.
“At least the truth is finally coming out,” Schneider said.
“I don’t know if you heard but apparently Biden’s brain didn’t work. He wasn’t really in charge, what a shock. I don’t know.”

Known for his criticism of censorship and government mandates, Schneider also referenced independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., praising Kennedy for bringing attention to issues he believes were ignored or suppressed by health officials and corporate media.
“We’re learning stuff thanks to Robert Kennedy, we’re learning things. Things that have been hidden from us for so long—like Froot Loops is not good for us,” Schneider joked.
“Neither is Coca-Cola. But the good news is, if you’re going to be fat, be fat in America.”

Turning to the foundational principles of the country, Schneider described the United States as a nation built on the recognition of individual dignity and the protection of liberty.
“America is God’s blueprint for humanity to live in prosperity and liberty,” he said.
“Because America recognizes the dignity of the individual and that he is made in God’s image, and has inalienable rights.”
He encouraged the audience to embrace open discourse, calling for a rejection of censorship and political intimidation.
“So let’s agree that it’s okay to disagree. That no opinions, no ideas, no challenges should be off the table in a free society,” Schneider said.
“America was built on the freedom to question our government and we must ensure that we don’t let that principle slide.”
Schneider also thanked the student attendees, saying their activism played a role in halting what he called a coordinated campaign to divide and destabilize the country.
“Because of the young American patriots like yourselves, the Communist attack on the United States disguised as woke tolerance has failed,” he said.
“The plan was again to divide us… so that chaos would be so overwhelming that we’d trade something we cherish for calm and order. That something we were asked to trade for was of course, our freedom.”
He highlighted recent action by the Trump administration to block foreign land ownership, crediting President Donald Trump with halting purchases by foreign adversaries.
“Thanks to the Trump administration, American farmland is no longer for sale,” Schneider said.
“Thanks to President Trump’s administration, Communist China can no longer own farmland in the U.S. Now do Bill Gates next.”
According to a 2025 Land Report, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates remains the largest private farmland owner in the United States, with holdings totaling approximately 275,000 acres across 17 states.
Of that total, an estimated 248,000 acres are actively used for agricultural production.
Schneider warned about the stakes of the last election and the consequences of border policies under the previous administration.
“I don’t know if we realize how close we came to losing everything our founding fathers fought and died for,” he said.
“Another 4 years of open borders and another 10 million people coming across our borders would’ve been enough to turn the U.S. into a blue, California-style crap hole with every city flooding with homelessness, drug addicts, and illegal migrants from all corners of the world.”
He concluded with a call to action for conservatives moving forward. “As long as we are a nation under God, we will always be free,” Schneider said.
“Our unparalleled freedom is why the United States is the creative, technological and financial engine of the world. Well, my fellow Americans, how can we continue to move this counter revolution forward? Luckily the Democratic Party has provided a map for us. If we just do the exact opposite of what the Democratic Party did, we will be free for another 1000 years.”
