Mehdi Hasan, who’s definitely not a terrorist supporter, called the destruction of the bridge state terrorism and a war crime.

They use vehicles to move and launch missiles and drones.

This limits their ability to do so.

Also, should the US begin performing targeted missions on the ground, it will help minimize the number of Iranian forcees they will have to deal with.

So the cannot move missiles over the bridge. There has been a lot of conversation about Iran trying to mobilize their approach and move missiles to confuse US targeting – the Iran spokesperson basically said this out loud.
