Farage is delivering a speech in Westminster on Reform’s new proposals to abolish Indefinite Leave to Remain. The policy proposals summarised:
- Abolition of Indefinite Leave to Remain within first 100 days of Reform government.
- Economic migrants to reapply for new visas with higher salary, “good character,” and English language requirements.
- Migrants forced to reapply every five years. Or face expulsion…
- Introduce a seven year waiting period prior to application for a British passport.
- Applicants spending 90 days outside of the UK or claiming benefits would have right to stay revoked.
- New settled worker visa to prohibit access to benefits or use of the NHS.
Labour says in response it is “looking at” doubling the time it takes to get ILR. Reform is going a deal further…
