FBI officials confirmed that Tyler Robinson, 22, the man accused of assassinating Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, was living with a transgender partner in Saint George, Utah.
Senior-level officials told Fox News Digital that Robinson was in a “romantic relationship” with a male transitioning to female and that the individual has been cooperating fully with federal investigators.

A “male transitioning to female”
OF COURSE!
One of the final things Charlie said before being shot was that there were too many trans shooters.

One FBI official described the partner as “extremely cooperative,” stating that the individual “had no idea” Robinson was allegedly preparing to assassinate Kirk.

The partner is not currently accused of any crime related to the case, according to officials.
The FBI said text messages and other communications between Robinson and his partner helped agents track Robinson during the manhunt.
Evidence collected from their shared apartment, including computers, has been sent to FBI headquarters in Quantico, Virginia, for further review.
Officials have not said whether Robinson’s partner could eventually face charges.
“The FBI is investigating a record number of tips,” an agency spokesperson said in a statement.
“Every connection, every group, every link will be investigated and anyone involved in this matter, anywhere in the world they might be, will be brought to justice.”

Robinson lived in the same southern Utah community as his parents, only a few miles away from the apartment he shared with his partner.
The location is approximately four hours from Utah Valley University in Orem, where Kirk was shot and killed on Wednesday.
Authorities said the 31-year-old conservative leader was addressing a crowd when a gunman fired a single shot from the roof of a building roughly 200 yards away.
Kirk, who was married and the father of two young children, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Just moments before the shooting, Kirk responded to audience questions about mass shootings.
One person asked, “Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters over the last 10 years?” Kirk replied, “Too many.”
Another attendee asked, “Do you know how many mass shooters there have been in America over the last 10 years?” Kirk responded, “Counting or not counting gang violence?”
Seconds later, the fatal shot was fired.
Robinson’s father ultimately identified his son as the suspect during the 33-hour manhunt that followed the shooting.
According to a law enforcement source, FBI Director Kash Patel had authorized the release of surveillance images to the public.
Robinson’s father recognized him in those images and contacted authorities.
The source also told Fox News Digital that when Robinson arrived at his father’s home, he expressed a desire to end his own life.
His father consulted with a family minister before turning Robinson in to authorities.
Investigators later recovered the rifle believed to have been used in the assassination.
Utah Gov. Spencer Cox confirmed Friday that ammunition found with the weapon included anti-fascist inscriptions.
One used casing and three unused casings bore markings consistent with the messaging, Cox said.
The discovery of the inscriptions was first circulated on social media Thursday morning in a bulletin attributed to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
The FBI and state officials continue to review the rifle and ammunition as part of the ongoing investigation.
The case has drawn national attention as investigators work to establish Robinson’s full motives and connections.
The Justice Department and FBI continue to coordinate with state and local authorities as the inquiry moves forward.
