Florida Gators Football Has Gotten So Toxic That Recruits Are Now Losing Their Marbles

Things are extraordinarily bad in Gainesville right now, and they just got a lot worse.

At this point, it’s safe to say that University of Florida football has become toxic, and when that happens to a program, that poison can extend to literally every element that’s connected to it. (RELATED: High School Football Player Smacks Helmetless Opponent In Heated Scene)

It doesn’t matter if you’re talking about players, coaches, staffers, whoever, everybody can be injected with the toxicity from a bad program. And that’s exactly what the Gators are going through right now, and it’s so bad for them, that their poison has now spread to their high school recruits. Yeah, not good.

KJ Ford, a Duncanville High School (Texas) defensive end and the No. 2 overall recruit in the Gators’ 2026 recruiting class, absolutely crashed out while in the handshake line following his team getting upset Friday night by Waxahachie.

WATCH:

Yeah … the poison is clearly spreading.

As far as I’m concerned, Billy Napier should have gotten fired as the Florida head coach after the disastrous loss against USF, so that definitely should have happened after the LSU defeat that put them at a losing 1-2 on the season. And it’s not just the X’s and O’s of why Napier should get fired, but it’s how toxic he’s let it get in “The Swamp.”

And you better believe you’ll see more of that Saturday night in Miami.
