An ex-Tennessee police officer who was fired for filming an X-rated video while on duty scored a win in his defense.
Sean Herman, 35, was fired from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department after he was discovered starring in a promotional video with OnlyFans star Jordin. Herman was wearing his uniform while groping Jordin’s breasts during a mock arrest, the New York Post reported.
In the scandalous video recorded on April 26, 2024, Herman calls himself “Office Johnson of PD” as he approaches the car. Jordin tells her passenger that she’s “not going to get a ticket” because she’s going “to show him my t*ts.”
An edited portion of the clip can be seen below:

The role play continued before “Johnson” was invited to touch Jordin’s breasts. According to Nashville News Channel 5, the cameras were careful not to include Herman’s face, but the bottom half of a Metro Nashville Police Department badge was visible.
Oops.
Herman was fired after detectives with the Specialized Investigations Division discovered that it was him in the video.
“That was one of the most outrageous, disrespectful acts that a person here could do and by disrespectful, I mean to all the MNPD employees and this agency,” said police spokesperson Don Aaron at the time.
Herman was arrested and charged with two counts of official misconduct and was later released on a $3,000 bond, the New York Post reported.
Fast forward to today, and Herman has entered a new plea deal to avoid jail time, the Post reported.
Herman pleaded no contest to felony official misconduct in Nashville’s criminal court on Thursday.
It worked. Herman was subsequently sentenced to one year of supervised probation.
In addition, Herman may be eligible to have his record cleared if his probation is completed successfully.
