If Dems Want To Win Back Men, They Could Start By Hiring Some

Democrats keep making deluded attempts to win back young men, yet they are ignoring what is perhaps the most obvious first step.

Democrats and Never Trump Republicans floated a literal cuck as the next party spokesman. They made a creepy sexual ad about the Trump administration deporting Latina girlfriends. They thought communist Zohran Mamdani could win over white, male, rural voters.  (Subscribe to MR. RIGHT, a free weekly newsletter about modern masculinity)

None of it is working, of course. And maybe the answer is simpler than Democrats even realize.

Here’s a genius idea: Have they ever thought about simply hiring more men?

According to a survey from Senate Democrats, 57% of staffers are women, 42% are minorities, and 16% are gay.

Overall: 57% of staff are women, 42% are POC, 16% are LGBTQ.

Most LGBTQ staff: Peters (31%)

Least LGBTQ: Reed, Warner, Booker (all 7%)

In a real shocker, Sen. Liz Warren had the highest number of female staffers.

Also, every single Democratic Senate office employing LGBT people is statistically impossible unless they are going out of their way to hire gays and trans

It’s also suspicious that every Democratic Senate office employed a gay or transgender staffer. Are Democrats hiring LGBT staffers over straight, white men? I wouldn’t put it past them.

So, forget about all the pathetic PR stunts Democrats have concocted leading up to and after the 2025 election. They should just start by actually hiring more men, and then they might figure out a real solution from there.
