Illegal alien charged in death of three failed CDL test 10 times, English proficiency misrepresented

New details in the case of a Florida highway crash reveal how many times the illegal alien suspected of causing three deaths failed his driving test — and how the school lied to his benefit.

Globalist policies resulted in three more deaths this week when an Indian national was alleged to be responsible for an eight-vehicle crash in California while driving with a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) issued in the state. Days later, revelations in a previous fatal accident associated with the once-Golden State’s “significant compliance failures” found that Indian national Harjinder Singh had failed his CDL test 10 times in another state and his school allegedly lied about his English proficiency.

Reporting on details provided by Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier’s office, Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin explained that Singh “failed his CDL test 10 times in a 2-month window between 3/102023 and 5/5/2023 in the state of Washington.”

“Additionally, I’m told Singh also failed his air breaks knowledge test twice, and that the Washington company that provided Singh’s behind the wheel CDL training attested he could speak English proficiently when he couldn’t,” added the report on the man alleged to have killed three people in an August accident via an illegal U-turn.

“Ultimately, the state of Washington gave Singh a CDL first, then the state of California also gave him a CDL,” noted Melugin, as Florida had brought suit against the states of California and Washington for issuing CDLs to illegal aliens while failing to comply with federal requirements.

Adding to the post, Uthmeier stated, “As we continue our investigation into California, Washington, and Harjinder Singh, we learned that Singh failed his written exam 10 times, and he took his behind-the-wheel training course at a private CDL school in Washington. That school will be hearing from my office soon.”

Regarding Singh’s struggles with English, bodycam footage had cropped up not long after the fatal accident that showed him struggling to communicate with a police officer in New Mexico as he was receiving a ticket.

After the recent tragedy in California, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy had stated, “California broke the law and now three people are dead and two are hospitalized. These people deserve justice. There will be consequences.”

In addition to designating English as the official language of the United States earlier this year, President Donald Trump issued an executive order in April promoting the enforcement of the commonsense rule that CDL holders be proficient in English.

Meanwhile, Newsom’s press office had attempted to blame the Trump administration when alleging the federal government was responsible for issuing Singh a work permit.

To that claim, Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Tricia McLaughlin had asserted, “False. Harjinder Singh is in the United States illegally and his work authorization was rejected under the Trump Administration on September 14, 2020. It was later approved under the Biden Administration June 9, 2021.”

She went on to remind, “The state of California issues Commercial Drivers Licenses. There is no national CDL. Sincerely, Genius.”

In addition to the lack of surprise that states openly opposed to federal immigration enforcement officials attempting to restore law and order would have allowed such a farce to occur, reactions on social media insisted it was long past time for arrests to be made.
