INSIDER: Dems’ MS-13 lovefest shaping up to be a PR blunder of epic proportions

Democrats could soon come to regret their white knighting for illegal alien gangs, that is, if they aren’t already, after what could be a public relations blunder of epic proportions.

Looking to inflict a blow against President Donald J. Trump’s efforts to deliver on his campaign promises to kick foreign criminals out of the country, the party, its activist allies on the federal bench and its media propaganda arm have gone all-in on the effort to free alleged MS-13 member Kilmar Abrego Garcia from El Salvador’s maximum security CECOT prison where he was sent after being detained and deported last month.

Not only did a senator serve up the next election cycle’s campaign ad to Republicans on a silver platter with his chummy get together with a man whose ties to MS-13 have been well documented, but the presence of what appeared to be the traditional Mexican tequila beverage on the table during his meeting has proven to be a major headache in terms of bad publicity.

Demanding that the 29-year-old wife beating thug be brought back along with the rest of his MS-13 and Tren de Aragua homies and while the battle rages in the courts, Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) took it upon himself to undertake a rescue mission, one that finally bore fruit when he was granted a meeting with Garcia on Thursday. But the photo op is already turning into a nightmare for Democrats.

On Friday, Van Hollen tried to extricate himself from the jam of his own making by claiming that he and Garcia hadn’t been enjoying a round of margaritas

Perhaps even worse than the margaritas was the visibility of Garcia’s tattoos, which appear to be very similar to those displayed by MS-13, the gang that the liars in the Democratic Party and the media have spent weeks insisting that he had no affiliation with.

“Let me just be very clear: Neither of us touched the drinks that were in front of us,” he told reporters, an explanation that the suckers will swallow hook, line and sinker.

“Nobody drank any margaritas or sugar water or whatever it is. But this is the lesson in the lengths that President Bukele will do to deceive people about what’s going on,” he added, accusing El Salvador President Nayib Bukele of a set-up.

It may be more difficult for Van Hollen to blame Garcia’s finger tats on a sinister conspiracy, and they quickly drew much attention on social media.

Evidently, his allegedly battered wife also realizes that the ink is a problem when it comes to the innocent victim narrative that Democrats and the media have cooked up.

NEW: Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s wife covered his MS-13 knuckle tattoo with heart emojis in a TikTok post promoting her GoFundMe, which has already raised $238,000.

And if it already wasn’t an issue for the Democrats, it really became one because Trump also noticed.

“This is the hand of the man that the Democrats feel should be brought back to the United States, because he is such ‘a fine and innocent person.’ They said he is not a member of MS-13, even though he’s got MS-13 tattooed onto his knuckles, and two Highly Respected Courts found that he was a member of MS-13, beat up his wife, etc. I was elected to take bad people out of the United States, among other things,” he wrote in a post to Truth Social, displaying a blown-up pic of the hand tattoos.

Perhaps Senator Van Hollen can explain away the tattoos with another conspiracy theory.

While the meeting with the “Maryland man” and accused spouse-beater was like mother’s milk to the party’s insane base, it’s not a good look for the normies that the Democrats desperately need to reconnect with before next year’s midterms, and beyond that, 2028.

They could soon rue the day that the loose cannon senator decided that it would be a good idea to make a pilgrimage to sit down with an MS-13 gangsta to swill margaritas. Yet, even more Democratic lawmakers are clamoring to follow him and visit with Garcia.

Voters overwhelmingly back President Trump on illegal immigration, especially when it comes to deporting the criminal gangs for whom the Biden regime rolled out the welcome mat.
