INSIDER: It’s official: America HATES the Democratic Party

Yet another Democrat prediction of imminent doom turned out to be dead wrong after President Donald J. Trump traveled across the pond, where he struck a landmark trade deal with the European Union, which crumbled over the threat of a 30 percent tariff.

It was the latest economic win for the president, whose “Liberation Day” tariffs had nearly every elected Democrat going into Chicken Little mode and screaming, “The sky is falling!” More hysterics from a party that even longtime strategist James Carville has taken to referring to as a “cracked-out clown car.”

In the immortal words of Joe Biden, the EU pact was a “big f**king deal” and so much so that even CNN was forced to admit that it’s allowing Trump to “effectively reshape the global trading order” to the nation’s advantage after years of being taken advantage of.

After Trump once again yanked the rug out from under them, the highest-ranking elected Democrat took to his podium to kvetch about the big win for America.

Chuck Schumer is wailing about President Trump’s historic trade deal with the EU — which has been universally praised as a HUGE WIN for America.

But of course, Senator Schumer would find a reason to complain even if Trump cured cancer, as would the rest of his party.

It would be unfair to say that the Democrats are a one-issue party; they actually do care about something other than hating on Trump – standing up for criminal illegal aliens.

Is it any wonder that Americans think Democrats suck?

According to a recent Wall Street Journal poll, an eye-popping 63 percent of registered voters have an unfavorable view of the party, which has done nothing to correct itself after last year’s election trouncing of Kamala Harris, an utterly ridiculous figure whose unpopularity and unseriousness also impacted down-ticket races, costing Dems control of the Senate.

It was the worst showing for Democrats in the 35 years that the newspaper has conducted the survey. And it’s NOT an outlier. Other polls are consistently showing that the Democrats’ popularity rating is trending downwards towards the neighborhood of genital Herpes.

So, what do they do? Keep harping about Epstein, which nobody other than their batshit crazy, Colbert-watching base cares about.

After not giving two seconds to the Epstein files for years, the Democrats would have the public believe that it is an issue – the only issue – of great national importance.

But their desperation is palpable, and there are already signs that the demoralized media will soon throw in the towel with little more than random old pics of Trump and Epstein in the same place and a highly sketchy “bawdy” birthday letter that got the Wall Street Journal sued.

It’s difficult to envision a way that Democrats will be able to reverse their miserable fortunes in the short term.

Even next year’s midterm elections, which once seemed like a sure thing, are increasingly looking to be a long shot, and it may be a long time before a Democrat sits in the Oval Office again.

They could always turn to Hunter Biden, and considering their current 2028 presidential field, he’d be the cream of the crop.
