Left-wing Twitch star Hasan Piker faced a fresh round of backlash over the weekend after creators circulated additional clips they say show him mistreating his dog, Kaya.
Streamers and Reddit users have been stitching together compilations from past broadcasts since last week’s viral yelp moment, alleging a pattern of abusive handling. Tectone, a streamer who helped propel the story last week, has continued pushing out old and new clips, claiming Sunday that “there are now 7 videos of Hasan electrocuting his dog leaked in the past 24 hours … This man is using his dog as a prop for 6-8 hours a day. Just to seem more human, to seem more relatable he is willing to severely reduce the dogs quality of life. Everything he does is for optics.”

In one clip Tectone shared, Piker discusses a commemorative mug he bought in England while Kaya lounges inelegantly in the background.
“A commemorative mug I got from England,” he says, appearing to reach for something under his desk. The moment he moves, Kaya abruptly repositions herself on the dog bed to sit more centrally, photogenically. “A commemorative mug I got from England, specifically.”
Another clip, seemingly older, shows Piker discussing the “Japanese airport experience” while Kaya stands in the background, idly examining a display shelf.
“Absolute garbage. ‘Did you compare this to the Japanese airport experience?’ Yeah, the Japanese airport experience is, like, everything works. Everything works, everything’s fast — Kaya, place!” he says, turning to address the dog and reaching for something out of frame. “Get back there! What is this?”
The new wave of footage follows the original clip — widely shared on X, Reddit and even national news media — in which Piker reaches off-camera while telling Kaya to stay put behind him on stream, complaining that his mother “spoiled” the dog by allowing it to “roam around the house” in his absence.

Tectone and others continue unearthing clips they claim show separate instances of the alleged abuse, with promises of more uploads to come. The exact number of videos circulating remains unclear as users dig through archives.
Piker has mocked the shock-collar allegation as the work of “crazy haters,” at one point quipping, “Yeah, in my evil villain lair,” when a chatter suggested he pressed a remote. A widely shared repost of that segment shows Piker displaying a collar he says only vibrates and denying he shocked Kaya.
