JK Rowling delivers a brutal truth for anyone celebrating Charlie Kirk’s death

JK Rowling, the author of the popular Harry Potter fantasy series, took to social media to denounce those celebrating the death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

Kirk, a 31-year-old husband and father of two, was senselessly assassinated during an appearance at Utah Valley University, being shot in the throat from 200 yards away — the monster that shot him is still at large. Many on the left celebrated his death, claiming that in espousing his Christian beliefs, Kirk peddled in hate and got what was coming to him.

“If you believe free speech is for you but not your political opponents, you’re illiberal,” Rowling wrote. “If no contrary evidence could change your beliefs, you’re a fundamentalist. If you believe the state should punish those with contrary views, you’re a totalitarian. If you believe political opponents should be punished with violence or death, you’re a terrorist.”

Rowling knows something about terrorists, being targeted by the left for her rejection of the transgender insanity that often masks serious mental health issues.

On that end, the popular author was among those included by the twisted left in hoping for who would be “next” to take an assassin’s bullet.

Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, including who may be the real fascists in America, as seen on X:
