Joe Biden Released Deported Criminal Now Accused of Heinous Crime Caught on Video

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) confirmed Wednesday that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has issued a detainer for a previously deported illegal immigrant now facing charges of raping a child in Massachusetts, as reported by Fox News.

The accused, 30-year-old Guatemalan national Lorenzo Lopez Alcario, is alleged to have tied up and forcibly sexually assaulted a minor in a crime that was captured on video and later discovered by the child’s mother.

According to DHS, Alcario initially entered the United States illegally on an undetermined date. He was first arrested in 2017 in Arlington, Virginia, on drug possession charges.

That same year, a judge ordered his removal from the country, and he was deported via aircraft on September 28, 2017.

However, DHS officials revealed that Alcario re-entered the United States illegally in June 2022. Despite his criminal record and prior deportation, he was reportedly released into the country by the Biden administration.

Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin issued a statement regarding the case.

“Lorenzo Lopez Alcario is a pedophile illegal alien from Guatemala who should’ve never been in the U.S. in the first place,” McLaughlin said.

“Despite his previous criminal charges and deportation, President Biden released this barbaric criminal into American communities in 2022.”

McLaughlin further stated that the ICE detainer issued this week is intended to ensure Alcario does not harm anyone else.

“Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, ICE lodged a detainer to ensure this criminal illegal alien will not be allowed to terrorize American citizens and will deport this child predator to prevent further victims,” she added.

ICE has increased enforcement operations in Massachusetts in recent weeks. Operation Patriot, a coordinated initiative targeting criminal illegal aliens, has led to nearly 1,500 arrests in the state.

The crackdown has focused on areas with sanctuary city policies, where local jurisdictions often resist cooperation with federal immigration enforcement.

Sources within ICE told Fox News that of those arrested during Operation Patriot, 790 individuals had prior criminal convictions or pending charges, and 277 were subject to final removal or deportation orders.

The agency confirmed that all those targeted were living freely in Massachusetts communities prior to being apprehended.

Alcario remains in custody pending further legal action.
