Kash Patel drops ‘perp walk’ pic of Milwaukee judge, declares ‘no one above the law’

FBI Director Kash Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi are teaming up to prove that the Trump administration truly believes “no one is above the law.”

That phrase, used by Democrats to justify the endless lawfare against President Donald Trump, seems to have disappeared from the leftist lexicon entirely following the arrest of Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan. She is accused of obstruction, allegedly helping an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) target evade detainment.

Patel posted about Dugan’s arrest on X:

Just NOW, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction — after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week. We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest,” he wrote. “Thankfully, our agents chased down the perp on foot and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public. We will have more to share soon. Excellent work [Milwaukee FBI.]”

Several hours after making that post, Patel followed up with a photo of Judge Dugan being “perp walked” to the back of a vehicle, handcuffs and all.

Bondi also weighed in on the controversy, revealing some frightening information about the ICE target that Dugan allegedly helped evade capture.

“This guy was in court being prosecuted by a state prosecutor for domestic violence battery. He had beat up two people, a guy and a girl, beat the guy, hit the guy 30 times, knocked him to the ground, choked him, beat up a woman so badly, they both had to go to the hospital,” Bondi said, according to Fox Business Evening Edit anchor Elizabeth MacDonald, adding that the victims “were sitting in the courtroom with the state prosecutor, the judge learns that ICE was outside to get the guy because he had been deported in 2013, came back in our country, commits these crimes and is charged with committing these crimes. Victims are in court, the judge finds out” the agents are there, “she goes out in the hallway, screams at the immigration officers, she’s furious, visibly shaken upset, sends them off to talk to the chief judge. She comes back in the courtroom, takes the defendant and the defense attorney back in her chambers, takes them out the private exit and tells them to leave, while a state prosecutor and victims of domestic violence are sitting in the courtroom.”

She would later join “America Reports” on Fox News to blast “what has become of our judiciary.”

“What has happened to our judiciary is beyond me. The [judges] are deranged is all I can think of,” the AG said. “I think some of these judges think that they are beyond and above the law. They are not, and we are sending a very strong message today … if you are harboring a fugitive… we will come after you and we will prosecute you. We will find you.”

A video was later posted to X, showing Dugan and her attorney leaving a federal courthouse and swiftly entering a vehicle without offering any comment on her current charges.
