Lesbian Singer Kicked Out of Gold’s Gym After Calling Out Men in Women’s Locker Rooms in LA [WATCH]

A Los Angeles singer-songwriter has been banned from her gym after confronting a man who entered the women’s locker room, an encounter that was captured on video and quickly spread across social media.

The incident occurred Sunday at EoS Fitness in Los Angeles, where musician Tish Hyman confronted a man who identified as a woman after he reportedly followed her into the women’s facility.

In a video posted online, Hyman can be heard saying, “Stay out of the women’s locker room. We don’t want it!”

Hyman later shared the video on her Instagram account, explaining that she and several other female members had repeatedly raised concerns with gym management about the same individual’s behavior.

According to her post, she had filed multiple written reports before deciding to speak out publicly.

“Multiple women and I have repeatedly made written reports on this man for coming into our women’s locker room, harassing us, and the gym staff has done absolutely nothing!!” Hyman wrote.

“He has disrespected me multiple times, and I’ve only been ignored when I quietly reported it. But today I made noise!!”

In the post, Hyman described the events that led to the confrontation, saying the man entered the locker room behind her and verbally assaulted her.

“Today, as I walked into the locker room, he came in behind me and called me a bitch in a deep, angry voice. I was TERRIFIED. I RAN OUT INTO THE GYM SCREAMING THERE IS A MAN IN THE REST ROOM!!” she wrote.

Hyman said other gym members intervened to help after she called for assistance.

“I called for help and men in the gym got involved, THANK GOD and the staff finally decided to act,” she added.

According to Hyman, gym employees eventually removed the man from the locker room following the disturbance.

However, instead of addressing her complaints, EoS Fitness terminated her membership.

Video clips of the altercation have been shared widely across social media platforms, sparking debate over the handling of gender identity issues in gyms and other public facilities.

The footage shows Hyman standing near the entrance to the women’s locker room while confronting the individual she says has entered multiple times despite repeated objections from female members.

EoS Fitness has not issued a public statement regarding the incident or confirmed whether any disciplinary action was taken against the man involved.

The company’s website lists policies promoting an “inclusive environment,” though the guidelines do not specifically address locker room access in relation to gender identity.

Hyman, who identifies as a lesbian, has said her objections were based on safety and privacy concerns shared by other women at the gym.

Her video drew widespread support online, with commenters calling her response “courageous” and questioning why she was the one penalized for raising a safety complaint.

As of this week, Hyman’s social media post remains active and continues to circulate, with thousands of views and comments urging EoS Fitness to reinstate her membership and review its locker room policy.
