Mets Players Refuse To Hit Baseballs Over Gay Month

The Mets are bums, and here’s another example as to why.

Back on June 20, I wrote a blog titled, “Mets Haven’t Won Single Game Since Disrespecting National Anthem With LGBTQ+ Pride Flag.” Basically, the New York Mets held a “Pride Night,” and during so, decided to fly the LGBTQ+ flag during our beautiful American national anthem.

I wrote about how, at the time, the Mets hadn’t won a single game since flying the rainbow tranny flag, recording an 0-6 record. Well, some time has gone by, and it’s time to update y’all: Gay Month hasn’t gotten any better for the Metropolitans.

The Mets decided to fly the flag of disgust on June 13 against the Tampa Bay Rays, which led to them getting swept by the Rays and then Atlanta Braves. That’s where they landed the 0-6 mark. Up next, they played the Philadelphia Phillies, losing two out of three in that series. And playing another series against the Braves, they’re on the verge of being swept again, currently 0-2 in a four-gamer. Altogether, the Mets have put up a 1-10 record. Yeah, it’s been pretty dismal. But it gets worse when you break down the numbers, in particular with their offensive production. In their past 11 games, the Mets have only scored 34 runs, and in the 10 defeats, they’ve only tallied 23.

If you don’t understand baseball math, that’s horrendous. Let Grok break it down for you even further:

In summary, 34 runs in 11 games is bad for an MLB team. Scoring 34 runs in 11 games equates to approximately 3.09 runs per game (RPG). In the context of MLB, where the league-average RPG in recent seasons (2023–2025) typically ranges between 4.4 and 5.0, this is below average and leans toward poor performance.”

Yeah, it’s been pretty crap for the Mets, and they have nobody to blame but themselves for flying that stupid flag.

Oh, how great it was to violate the Mets as a Braves fan before we continue to kick their a** tonight.
