What the hell has happened to this guy?
Stephen Ross, the owner of the Miami Dolphins, let his frustrations be known to his head coach Mike McDaniel during their weekly meeting, which followed a disastrous 27-24 defeat Sunday against the Carolina Panthers.
“He was really frustrated, just like I was,” said McDaniel while speaking to reporters Monday. “We talked about the challenge ahead to get ready for the Chargers, and that was really the extent of it.” (RELATED: Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones Blasts Middle Finger At Jets Fan In Straight Up ‘Boss Mode’ Scene)
Except, McDaniel didn’t say it that calmly, there was a bunch of “uh, uh, uh” and stumbling of words going on. Quite frankly, he sounded dysfunctional. He sounded intimidated. He sounded dysfunctionally intimidated.
After Sunday’s loss to the Panthers, the Dolphins are now 1-4 on the season, which is the worst start for the franchise since 2021. And the defeat against Carolina was extremely embarrassing considering how Miami started the game with a 17-0 lead and completely blew it.

Man, this is sad. Like, I’m not even mad or anything at Mike McDaniel. I’m just sad.
Once upon a time, the Dolphins were a rising franchise. McDaniel, Tua Tagovailoa, Tyreek Hill, that trio surrounded by an incredible amount of talent were supposed to lead us to the promised land. Once upon a time.
One of the worst things you can be in life is a Miami Dolphins fan, I swear. Just look and listen to our head coach here in 2025, wow.
