A TikTok personality with more than 1.7 million followers was arrested after running onto the field during an Anaheim Angels game earlier this week, recording herself as the stunt unfolded, as reported by TMZ.

The incident occurred Monday night at Angel Stadium in Anaheim during the Angels’ 4-1 loss to the Cincinnati Reds. Julia Hill, known for her videos on TikTok, jumped from the stands onto the field and sprinted through the outfield while filming the moment on her phone.

Video shows Hill smiling and laughing as she ran across the field, pausing to perform short dance moves before stadium security closed in. Fans in the stands cheered as she was eventually stopped and escorted off the field by officers.

Hill was arrested at the scene and taken into custody. After being processed, she was released from jail at about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Speaking to her audience on TikTok following her release, Hill said, “I was in jail for like six hours. Honestly, I thought I was never gonna get out for a second. I was so scared.”

The social media star said she was not injured during the incident and has since returned home. Stadium officials did not provide further comment on whether additional penalties, such as bans from the ballpark, would be imposed.

The case highlights a growing trend of fans running onto professional sports fields, often to capture viral social media moments. In May, a separate fan attempted a similar stunt at another event and was tackled roughly by security while trying to evade capture.

No injuries were reported in the Anaheim incident. Authorities said Hill could still face legal consequences related to trespassing and disrupting a professional sports event.
