‘My Plums Were Bright Purple’: Kickboxer Pulls Vehicle With Testicles In Promotion Of Men’s Mental Health

Well, that’s one way to do it.

Trying to raise awareness when it comes to men’s mental health, a British kickboxer pulled a vehicle by only using his testicles. Yes, you read that right, ladies and gentlemen, but are you really surprised here in 2026?

Meet 50-year-old John Stephenson, who tugged a 4,500-pound vehicle around 150 feet with his nuts, and just his nuts.

“When I’d finished, my plums were bright purple, but I’m still firing on all cylinders,” said Stephenson while speaking with YorkshireLive.

To make this whole scene that much better, Stephenson was actually eating a bag of nuts while pulling the car. (RELATED: PGA Golfer Gary Woodland Opens Up About Battle With PTSD In Wake Of 2023 Brain Surgery)

According to YorkshireLive, Stephenson has become the first British person ever to pull a car using his balls. What a record.

“I want to use this to encourage people to look after themselves,” Stephenson said to The Daily Star. “Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and ask for help if you think you need it. A lot of men don’t, and they feel like they’ve got an ego to maintain,”

Tying a scarf around his crown jewels, Stephenson also tied it onto a rope to link him and the vehicle.

“They don’t talk and let their problems get the better of them,” said Stephenson about men. “I always say that men who talk can heal.”

You can watch the video of the testicle-pulling here.

Wait … people actually care about a man’s mental health? Who knew?
