Nevada HHS staffer admits to hiding gender-altering surgeries from parents, tricking Medicare to cover it

Subversion in the Silver State found alphabet activism alive and well, as a government employee detailed his trick to get around parents and use taxpayer funds for mutilating minors.

In case it wasn’t bad enough that an employee with the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) was caught on tape bragging about providing benefits to illegal aliens, the O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) released a part two. The latest undercover video showed family service specialist Deshaun E. Mack admitting to treating kids as “runaway youth” to circumvent parents and the system to get Medicaid to pay for genital mutilation and chemical castration.

“I’ve done so a few times, actually. I see a lot of, I don’t see as many as I would enjoy seeing. But I do see a lot of queer people,” Mack was heard explaining in the video. “I did help a trans girl the other day — not the other day, a few months ago. They all blur together.”

“She had specifically asked me about feminization surgery. And I told her that the best way to get it would be to make sure that your doctor says that it is medically necessary, so that Medicaid pays for it,” he went on.

“We don’t actually tell anyone,” the state employee explained. “I can’t even tell you that your child is receiving benefits because you’re not on that case.”

Mack further claimed he wouldn’t even give the information if he was required to, “I’m not giving you that information. It is what it is.”

“Your parents don’t need to know that you’re transitioning. You can just go to the doctor,” he argued, having made his case. “At that point, I would just treat them as a runaway youth.”

Prior to the release of the video about Mack’s actions in support of twisting the system for irreversible procedures on at-risk youths, Nevada Gov. Joe Lombardo (R) had issued a statement on the claims that illegal aliens were being provided with health benefits through the state.

“My office is aware of the allegations of misconduct stemming from a recent viral video,” said Lombardo. “I want to assure Nevadans that this incident will be thoroughly investigated. Furthermore, if the investigation determines that an unlawful act has been committed, we will seek prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. All state employees must follow state and federal law — period. The State of Nevada has zero tolerance for criminal conduct.”

As for the stakes should Mack be found guilty of committing any of the actions purported in the videos, OMG founder James O’Keefe stated, “this conduct, that Deshaun proudly admitted to, could amount to Medicaid fraud, healthcare fraud, parental rights violations, misconduct in public office and conspiracy to commit fraud, all resulting in civil penalties, fines and even state or federal prison time.”

Meanwhile, reactions online suspected the alleged corruption would be found to be pervasive.
