Cassie Ventura, visibly pregnant and emotional, delivered detailed testimony in a federal courtroom Tuesday against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, describing years of alleged physical violence, coercion, and sexually exploitative conduct throughout their decade-long relationship.

She gave sworn testimony recounting disturbing incidents that prosecutors say are central to their case against Combs, who faces federal charges including sex trafficking by force, racketeering conspiracy, and prostitution.

Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty.

According to Ventura’s testimony, the relationship began in 2006 when she was signed to Bad Boy Records at age 19.

What started as a romantic and professional partnership quickly escalated into a pattern of control, abuse, and what she described as “freak offs,”—drug-fueled sex parties involving escorts, often orchestrated by Combs and allegedly involving violent behavior and coercion.

Ventura said that Combs controlled nearly every aspect of her life, from her clothing and career decisions to her personal relationships.

She testified that she felt unable to say no to his demands, especially as her career became increasingly tied to his influence.

“At this point Sean controlled a lot of my life, career, the way I dressed, everything. And I didn’t feel I had much say in it,” she said.

The court heard graphic details of alleged abuse.

Ventura described incidents in which Combs would allegedly beat her, stomp her, and drag her across the floor, resulting in injuries such as black eyes, busted lips, and bruises.

“He would bash me on the head, knock me over, drag me, kick me, stomp me in the head if I was down,” she stated.

One incident captured on hotel surveillance footage, which prosecutors played in court, allegedly shows Combs physically assaulting Ventura during an altercation in a hotel hallway in Los Angeles.

According to new documents filed by Diddy’s lawyers claim CNN destroyed the only known copy of the 2016 video in which Diddy is seen beating Cassie in the hallway of an L.A. hotel.

Ventura also testified about the so-called “freak offs,” explaining that they included orchestrated sexual encounters with male escorts while Combs watched or participated.

She testified that these sessions could last several days and often involved drug use, including ecstasy, molly, and cocaine.

Ventura stated she was sometimes asked or forced to perform humiliating acts, including being urinated on, against her will.

Hotel rooms used for these encounters, she said, would often be left in disarray, covered in baby oil, blood, and other bodily fluids.

These encounters reportedly occurred at high-end hotels in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles.

Prosecutors identified several staff members allegedly involved in arranging the encounters, including Combs’ assistants Kristina Khorram and Neil Dominic.

While neither has been charged, they were named in Ventura’s testimony as being aware of the alleged abuse and involved in logistical arrangements.

Combs’ defense attorneys did not deny the existence of sexually explicit material but argued in court that the videos and images fall under privacy protections and should remain sealed.

Judge Arun Subramanian is considering whether to unseal the material as the trial continues.

Ventura also testified that her current husband, Alex Fine, sent threatening messages to Combs before Ventura filed her civil lawsuit that later led to federal charges.

Fine was present in court but was asked to leave when testimony reached events from 2018.

Prosecutors began the day by calling a male escort, Daniel Phillip, who alleged he was paid thousands of dollars to perform sexual acts with Ventura while Combs observed and directed.

Phillip testified that he once witnessed Ventura visibly shaken and crying following an incident with Combs.

The trial remains ongoing at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Combs is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn pending further proceedings.
