President Trump Supports High School In Battle To Defeat Woke Nonsense

A high school located in Long Island had to leave behind their “Chiefs” mascot name following attacks from progressives, however, President Donald Trump has vowed to save the identity of Massapequa High School. Trump spoke about the situation in a Monday post on Truth Social.

For a while now, anything related to Native Americans has been under attack by progressives who couldn’t give a damn about sports, but want all of the power over teams and student-athletes. And this is just one example. On top of that, it makes them racist considering how they want to completely erase our Native American heritage and history.

Back in 2023, the New York Department of Education required that every school with a Native American mascot rebrand from it, which sparked up outright anger in Massapequa. (RELATED: Joe Biden Was Against Males In Female Sports Behind The Scenes: REPORT)

Supported by Massapequa School Board President Kerry Wachter, locals and people supporting the movement shot back with a lawsuit, and they were joined by other towns. If the rebrand takes place, Wachter says that it will force the school to spend $1 million to do it.

Trump gloriously called for Secretary of Education Linda McMahon to do a 180 on the “ridiculous” move, saying that it’s causing anger among the Native American community.

“I agree with the people in Massapequa, Long Island, who are fighting furiously to keep the Massapequa Chiefs logo on their Teams and School. Forcing them to change the name, after all of these years, is ridiculous and, in actuality, an affront to our great Indian population,” wrote Trump on Truth Social. “The School Board, and virtually everyone in the area, are demanding the name be kept. It has become the School’s identity and, what could be wrong with using the name, ‘Chief’?

“I don’t see the Kansas City Chiefs changing their name anytime soon! By copy of this TRUTH, I am asking my highly capable Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon, to fight for the people of Massapequa on this very important issue. LONG LIVE THE MASSAPEQUA CHIEFS!”
