Prince Andrew’s Royal Fall Allegedly Linked To Deep-Rooted Jealousy Of Kate Middleton

King Charles III initiated a formal process to remove Prince Andrew’s royal titles as multiple royal experts alleged that jealousy played a role in his fall from grace.

Multiple royal experts weighed in on Andrew’s demise, telling Fox News Digital that intensified tensions between him and Prince William were the result of jealousy. They claimed Princess of Wales Kate Middleton’s poise and quick rise to popularity was too much for Andrew to handle and suggested he became increasingly jealous of her growing influence as a beloved member of the royal family. Andrew has been surrounded by tumultuous scandals that have plagued his reputation.

Prince Andrew’s relationship with Prince William allegedly became strained as a result of the rift.

“The feud between Prince William and Prince Andrew started primarily due to Andrew’s jealousy and resulting disparaging remarks regarding Kate Middleton,” Hilary Fordwich, an expert on the British royal family, told the outlet.

“Prince William was infuriated,” the woman claimed. “Being fiercely protective, he instituted a zero-tolerance policy toward any wayward behavior or scandals involving Prince Andrew.”

“All the more daunting for Andrew was his displacement as his mother’s ‘golden boy’ since he was viewed as Queen Elizabeth II’s favorite,” Fordwich continued. “His resentment grew with his plummeting popularity and was then further exacerbated by Kate’s prominence and poise.”

Ian Pelham Turner, another royal expert, shared similar sentiments with Fox News. “The reality is that all senior members of the royal family hate being overshadowed by new, young upstarts, in their eyes,” he said.

“Andrew has always wanted more adulation for his two daughters. When Kate came along in the arms of William and was protected by the other royals, it was like a red flag to a bull,” he argued, also claiming that Prince Andrew has wanted the title of king in King Charles III’s place.

British author Andrew Lownie published an unauthorized biography on Prince Andrew in August named “Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York,” at one point claiming Andrew was “rude” toward Kate, the outlet reported.

“My source said Andrew was rude to Kate. And I think he was probably rude because he’s a real snob. He may have felt that Kate wasn’t aristocratic enough to marry William,” he told the outlet when his book was published.

King Charles began formal proceedings Thursday to strip Andrew of his titles, honors and style, Fox News reported. He will now be referred to as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, a statement from Buckingham Palace said.

The palace revealed that Andrew was also asked to evacuate from his residence.

“His lease on Royal Lodge has, to date, provided him with legal protection to continue in residence,” the statement read.

“Formal notice has now been served to surrender the lease and he will move to alternative private accommodation.”

The palace said these steps “are deemed necessary, notwithstanding the fact that he continues to deny the allegations against him.” (RELATED: Scandal-Ridden Prince Andrew Renounces Royal Titles)

Andrew announced Oct. 17 that he was relinquishing his Duke of York title and other royal titles. He is accused of several wrongdoings, including sexual abuse allegations by Virginia Giuffre, who claimed she was trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein as a minor and had relations with Prince Andrew.
