A pro-lifer who silently prays near an abortion clinic continues to be under investigation by West Midlands police, despite having won her previous legal battle.
Isabel Vaughan-Spruce was previously cleared in court and received a payout from police for being unjustly arrested twice for her silent prayers.
Yet she now regularly has two police officers watching her while she prays, and on a number of occasions officers have approached her asking her if she is praying.
Vaughan-Spruce has submitted a complaint to the police force for repeatedly harassing and interrogating her while failing to explain how she had been in breach of any law.
