REPORT: Former Staffer Leslie Kuhn Sues Howard Stern For Allegedly Fostering ‘Hostile Work Environment’

Howard Stern’s former executive assistant reportedly sued him and his wife Beth, alleging they fostered a “hostile work environment.”

Leslie Kuhn filed documents in a New York court alleging Stern and his wife requested that she move into their 20,000-square-foot estate in Southampton and Beth proceeded to pile a substantial amount of work on her list of to-do’s, according to TMZ. She claimed she was dismissed less than two years after she arrived.

The court documents alleged the firing happened due to a “hostile work environment and enablement of that hostile work environment, immense pressures on the household created by irresponsible and untenable animal rescue and fostering operations occurring on-site, and massively disorganized and questionable business operations and accounting practices.”

Kuhn claimed a law firm representing Stern’s production business, One Twelve, handed her a separation agreement featuring an NDA that was designed to make it appear she signed it when she started her employment. She alleged the NDA was signed prior to her interview and that her signature “is nothing more than her typewritten name in the same font style and size used to identify the parties’ names in the recitals of the agreement,” according to TMZ.

Kuhn requested that the court rule that the NDA is unenforceable so she can reveal the specifics of her employment and speak freely about the matter, according to the documents.

Beth asked Kuhn to oversee the staff at Stern’s mansion, including scheduling, payroll, and general household functions, Kuhn alleged. She claimed this included Beth’s rescue and fostering operation that was based within the couple’s home. (RELATED: Savannah Guthrie Questions Jesus’ Suffering In Easter Message)

The legal documents didn’t divulge further details surrounding the allegedly “untenable” animal rescue situation. Beth said there were over 900 cats in Stern’s home at one point or another over a period of five years, TMZ reported.

It’s unclear how much Kuhn is suing for. Stern has not responded to TMZ’s request for comment as of publication.
