Rosie O’Donnell Caught Spreading Misinformation on Trans Catholic School Killer [WATCH]

Actress and comedian Rosie O’Donnell is under scrutiny after she falsely claimed on her TikTok account that the shooter who carried out the deadly attack at Annunciation Catholic Church and School in Minneapolis was a pro-Trump “MAGA person.”

Evidence later revealed that the shooter left behind writings and markings that directly contradicted her claim, including a magazine that read, “kill Donald Trump.”

The shooter, identified as Robert “Robin” Westman, a trans-identified male, opened fire inside the Minnesota Catholic church and school on Wednesday.

Two children—8-year-old Fletcher Merkel and 10-year-old Harper Moyski—were killed. At least 18 others were injured, including 15 children.

Westman took his own life at the scene following the attack.

In videos posted to TikTok, O’Donnell stated without evidence: “What do you know? [The shooter] was a white guy, Republican, MAGA person. What do you know? White supremacist.”

Her claim was contradicted by material recovered from the shooter, including messages scrawled on weapons and ammunition.

Among the writings discovered on Westman’s magazines was the phrase “Kill Donald Trump.”

Other markings included references to past mass shooters, whose names were inscribed on firearms and ammunition magazines.

Authorities also revealed other disturbing messages, such as “Where is your God?” and “I’m the Woker, baby, why so queerious?”

One firearm bore the phrase “Я террорист,” translated from Russian as “I am a terrorist.”

In addition to the writings, investigators recovered a manifesto in which Westman expressed regret for identifying as transgender.

“I’m tired of being trans,” the document stated, while also claiming Westman felt “brainwashed” into transitioning.

Another line in the manifesto read that Westman “definitely [didn’t] feel like a man.”

The manifesto also included praise for other school shooters and a description of Westman’s desire to be remembered as a “scary horrible monster standing over those powerless kids.”

The attack, which took place during the first week of the school year, sent shockwaves through the Minneapolis community and reignited national debates over school safety, mental health, and political rhetoric.

O’Donnell, who relocated to Ireland after President Donald Trump’s reelection, has frequently criticized the administration.

In a previous statement about her decision to move abroad, she said: “I know myself enough to know that this was something I needed to do for the safety and sanity of myself and my non-binary child.”

Local authorities have continued to investigate the incident, while federal agencies have reviewed the writings and evidence recovered from the scene.

The manifesto and markings on the shooter’s weapons have raised questions about motive and intent, while also providing insight into Westman’s state of mind in the weeks leading up to the tragedy.

The shooting at Annunciation Catholic School left the community mourning the deaths of two young students and grappling with the trauma experienced by the many injured.

Vigils and memorial services are being organized for the victims, and school officials are working to provide counseling resources for children, families, and staff affected by the attack.

As investigators continue their review of the evidence, the claims made by O’Donnell have drawn criticism for spreading misinformation about the shooter’s political beliefs and motives.

The findings released so far suggest a very different picture than the one she described, underscoring the importance of verified facts in the aftermath of violent events.
