Rumors Swirl Around David Harbour’s Well-Being After He Suddenly Drops Out Of Film ‘Behemoth’

Rumors swirl around actor David Harbour after it was revealed that he abandoned his role in the film “Behemoth” days after he was spotted acting erratically.

TMZ reported in December that Harbour video footage captured the actor removing the hat from a patron at a bar in Encinitas, California. It was unclear what led to the behavior, but after some bad press over the alleged incident, The New York Post reported January 7 that the actor had walked out on the movie he was set to star in alongside Pedro Pascal and Olivia Wilde. Deadline reported Harbour dropped out of the film and revealed Will Arnett had already stepped in to take over the part. There have been conflicting reports about Harbour’s reason for abandoning his film project, and it’s unclear how long his hiatus from Hollywood will last.

Insiders told Variety that Harbour was overwhelmed after wrapping up the “Stranger Things” series.

Harbour played Jim Hopper on “Stranger Things” for five seasons, and faced allegations of bullying from “Stranger Things” co-star Millie Bobby Brown in November. The star also made the headlines when his relationship with singer Lily Allen broke down amid his rumored infidelity.
