Arlo Willner, the 20-year-old son of the late “Saturday Night Live” music sketch producer Hal Willner, has been charged with multiple felonies after allegedly stabbing three individuals outside a New York City bar early Saturday morning.

According to a criminal complaint obtained by TMZ, the incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. when Willner allegedly approached a group outside the establishment and asked to buy cocaine.

After being told, “this was not the place for that,” police say he pulled out a knife and slashed three individuals.
One victim sustained a “large and deep laceration” to the neck, another was stabbed in the shoulder, and the third received a stab wound to the abdomen. All three victims survived the attack.

The complaint states the violence stopped when the individual whose neck was slashed managed to wrestle the knife away from Willner and threw it into the street.
Willner, who is also the son of Emmy-winning “SNL” producer Sheila Rogers, has been charged with attempted murder in the second degree, first-degree assault, attempted assault in the first degree, and criminal possession of a weapon.

Willner appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court and entered a plea of not guilty. He was released after posting a $200,000 bond and is scheduled to return to court on May 22.
There has been no public comment from Willner’s legal counsel as of Monday.
The late Hal Willner worked on “Saturday Night Live” for decades as the sketch music producer and passed away in 2020. Sheila Rogers, Arlo’s mother, also served as a producer on the show and has received multiple Emmy awards throughout her career.
This latest case adds to a string of violent incidents involving high-profile or celebrity-connected individuals in New York City, drawing renewed focus on crime and public safety in the city’s nightlife scene. Authorities have not released the names of the victims.
