So Cool: Shaq Gets His Own Themed-Ride At Hersheypark (But Only For Halloween)

Make room at the house, mom! Me and the family are coming to Pennsylvania!

Per an announcement from Hersheypark themselves, they will pretty soon be revealing a pretty cool partnership with NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal, but it’s only for a limited time as it will just last for the Halloween season. The centerpiece of the partnership is Shaq getting his own themed-ride, as Hersheypark’s glowing indoor coaster known as the Laff Trakk will be transforming into the “Shaq-A-Licious Laff Trakk.”

The news follows O’Neal and The Hershey Company partnering in 2024 to reveal the hugely successful Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies. (RELATED: Massive Great White Shark Spotted At Popular Vacation Spot In Maine)

As mentioned earlier, the Shaq-version of Laff Trakk will only be a temporary ride, and to be exact, it will be a part of Hersheypark’s Halloween and Dark Nights that lasts from Sept. 12-Nov. 2.

“We’re taking the flavor and the fun of my Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies and blowing it up into a larger-than-life adventure,” said O’Neal, per ABC27. “From the second you step inside, this ride brings non-stop energy and laughs.”

The redesign of Laff Trakk will have glowing visuals, louder audio and graphic displays that will highlight the Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies’ playful spirit. On top of that, a curated voice-over from Shaq himself will also be provided.
