Stephen Miller blasts ‘judicial coup by communist Marxist judges’ after Harvard ruling

The latest court obstruction against the White House found deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller unloading on the apparent “judicial coup by communist Marxist judges.”

For all the Democratic Party’s hand-wringing over preserving democracy, the leftists have demonstrated no qualms in forum shopping as they continued to enlist unelected judicial activists to impede the efforts of duly elected President Donald Trump. Following a temporary restraining order blocking the administration’s action against Harvard University, Miller called out the “madness” that judges were now considering constitutional rights.

Joining Newsmax host Rob Finnerty, the White House official was asked, “What is the Trump administration planning to do to deal with the judicial tyranny that’s paralyzing the Trump administration right now?”

“Well, that’s the right word to use, of course, tyranny. Judicial tyranny,” began Miller. “This is a judicial coup by communist Marxist judges against the laws, Constitution, and democracy of the United States.”

Speaking to the mandate delivered by the American people via the 2024 presidential election to restore national sovereignty and the spread of hatred of the country being imported, he went on, “And now, in a matter of hours … a communist district court judge said that foreign nationals living in foreign countries have a constitutional right to study in America? That we have to let communists from foreign nations into our country to poison our campuses with Marxist ideas, antisemitic ideas, anti-American ideas, Jew-hatred — that’s a constitutional right now?”

“This is madness,” asserted Miller.

The deputy chief of staff’s reaction came as U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs of the District of Massachusetts had issued a TRO after the Department of Homeland Security revoked Harvard’s Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) certification.

Burroughs agreed with the Ivy League institution that the action that would prevent admittance of new foreign students and require current foreign students to transfer or face deportation would lead Harvard to “sustain immediate and irreparable injury.”

The same judge had upheld Harvard’s discriminatory admissions policy that was ultimately overturned by the Supreme Court.

In supporting his case that judicial activism was out of control, Miller turned to another judge out of the District of Massachusetts who impeded the deportation of eight illegal aliens. U.S. District Judge Brian E. Murphy sought to have the administration return the violent criminals — with convictions including child rape and murder — back to the United States after they had been deported to South Sudan.

The court’s ruling had resulted in the ICE agents being stalled in Djibouti, guarding the heinous foreign nationals while awaiting permission to complete the deportation.

“That is a judicial coup by any definition,” said Miller, who reminded that immigration to the United States is subject to the discretion of the government and, despite the stance of the open borders globalists, is not a right but a privilege.

Unloading on the perceived judicial tyranny earned the White House official considerable praise as Americans were beyond fed up with black-robed overreach.
