Suspended Labour councillor Ricky Jones has been found not guilty of encouraging violent disorder after calling for protesters’ throats to be slit at an ‘anti-racist’ protest in Walthamstow last year. His tirade was caught on camera – here he is screaming “we need to cut all their throats and get rid of them all…”
Jones told police he was “sorry” and he did not intend for his comments to be “taken literally“. He insisted he got caught up “in the heat of the moment”…
