Texas Man Accused of Throwing Human Remains at FBI Office, Posts Video to YouTube [WATCH]

A Texas man is facing multiple felony charges after authorities say he stole human remains from cemeteries and threw a bucket of bones over the fence at an FBI field office in Dallas, documenting the act and posting it online, as reported by The New York Post.

Michael Chadwick Fry, 41, of Bartonville, Texas, was arrested and charged with two counts of abuse of a corpse and one count of tampering with evidence with intent to impair a human corpse, according to the Bartonville Police Department.

The incident came to light Monday after Fry’s mother contacted police, reporting that her son had come to her home asking for money to rent a U-Haul truck because he “had a body that needed to moved,” according to an arrest warrant obtained by KDFW.

Authorities said Fry became irate during the interaction and left before officers arrived.

Investigators later received information from federal authorities about an incident at the FBI Dallas Field Office.

“Shortly thereafter, investigators received credible information from FBI Special Agents indicating that Fry had thrown a bucket containing human bones over the fence of the FBI Dallas Field Office,” according to the arrest warrant.

Authorities say Fry recorded the incident and uploaded it to YouTube under the title, “We send Elizabeth over the FBI fence to summon them by force.”

In the video, Fry is seen speaking with a person behind a window outside the FBI office while requesting a “status check” on an investigation concerning “what happened to me and my dead family and friends.”

After returning to his vehicle, Fry is seen removing a bucket from the trunk that allegedly contained human remains. He then throws the contents over a fence surrounding the federal building before driving away.

“There’s more videos coming. We’re going to take bones all over the place. I got more,” Fry said in the video as he left the scene.

According to police, the remains were believed to have been taken from multiple locations. Authorities allege Fry stole an urn from a cemetery in Oklahoma City in February and later targeted a mausoleum in Denton, Texas.

Investigators also found that Fry had searched for three cemeteries in Texas and Oklahoma using the GPS system in his mother’s vehicle.

Court documents state that Fry referred to the remains in the bucket as “Elizabeth Virginia Lyon,” though officials have not confirmed the identity. Authorities are conducting DNA testing to determine the origin of the bones.
