General Michael Flynn has now confirmed what many Americans have long suspected but the media and political establishment have fought to conceal: China interfered in the 2020 election, including the printing of counterfeit ballots. According to Flynn, the FBI is aware of this fact. If that sounds like treason, it’s because it is—and it isn’t just a Chinese operation. It’s a betrayal carried out with the help of high-ranking Americans who either enabled it or covered it up.

This wasn’t a case of election “irregularities.” It was the coordinated subversion of a U.S. presidential election, involving foreign actors, domestic operatives, big tech platforms, and government agencies. And yet, even in the face of overwhelming evidence, the country has largely moved on, treating the most consequential fraud in our nation’s history as if it were just another political squabble. It wasn’t. It was the systematic theft of our republic, and the Constitution provides only one remedy for such a crime: everything that was done as a result of that stolen election must be undone. Immediately.

From the beginning, there were red flags. In Georgia, surveillance footage revealed election workers at State Farm Arena pulling suitcases of ballots from under tables after instructing poll watchers to leave the building. That incident alone, caught on tape, irreparably compromised the integrity of the count. In Michigan, there were massive ballot dumps at 3:30 a.m., all for Biden, while thousands of deceased individuals remained on the rolls, casting ballots without proper verification. In Pennsylvania, windows were blocked with pizza boxes to prevent poll watchers from observing the count, in direct violation of state election law. Poll watchers were denied access entirely, and last-minute rule changes violated the Pennsylvania Constitution.

In Arizona, the independent audit conducted by Cyber Ninjas revealed that more than 74,000 mail-in ballots had no clear record of ever being sent. Investigators also uncovered duplicate ballots and significant chain-of-custody failures. In Wisconsin, the state Supreme Court found the use of unmanned ballot drop boxes to be illegal, and a separate investigation by a former state Supreme Court justice documented fraud in nursing homes where patients were exploited for votes.

Project Veritas documented ballot harvesting in Minnesota, with operatives caught on camera exchanging ballots for cash, violating both federal and state law. In Texas, sworn affidavits from election officials and private citizens described organized efforts to manipulate elderly and disabled voters. And in Arizona’s Maricopa County, whistleblowers reported signature mismatches, miscounts, and illegally duplicated ballots being counted without required oversight (source).

This election wasn’t just influenced from within—it was compromised by foreign entities. Allegations of overseas tabulation in Frankfurt, server seizures in Germany, and ballot routing through Italy raised alarms that have never been fully investigated. Now, with confirmation that Chinese operatives were printing and delivering fraudulent ballots, the entire process is revealed as not merely tainted, but criminal.

Further evidence of coordinated interference comes directly from Big Tech and its collusion with the federal government. In a 2023 appearance before Congress, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg admitted that Facebook suppressed posts related to the Hunter Biden laptop scandal and election topics after receiving direct pressure from the FBI. Zuckerberg acknowledged receiving emails that instructed the company to shadow ban, suppress, or outright remove information—essentially turning Facebook into a censorship tool of the federal government. That’s not just bias. That’s election interference. And Congress, both Democrat and Republican, did absolutely nothing. No criminal referrals. No arrests. No oversight. Just silence. The system protected itself—at the expense of the American people.

Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution guarantees every state a republican form of government. When foreign actors, government agencies, and tech monopolies conspire to manipulate an election, that guarantee is broken. The Supreme Court held in Marbury v. Madison that all laws—or by extension, executive orders and federal actions—that are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void. If Joe Biden was never legitimately elected, then everything executed under his administration lacks constitutional authority.

That means his executive orders mandating vaccines, dismantling border protections, ending energy independence, and sending hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars to foreign nations are unenforceable. His appointments, from cabinet members to federal judges, are constitutionally illegitimate. The treaties he entered, the regulations he signed, and the surveillance expansions he enacted through private firms like Palantir must be immediately frozen, reversed, and removed from the federal register.

The 2020 election cannot be corrected by waiting for another election. It must be undone by the people and by any legitimate state or federal body willing to act. States must move to decertify their electors. Congress must open investigations into the illegal installation of the current administration. The rightful winner of the 2020 election must be reinstated—not elected again, but restored to complete the term that was stolen. That is not a partisan demand. It is a constitutional imperative.

We are not governed by kings. We are governed by laws. And when those laws are violated on a scale this massive, the solution is not silence. It is justice. Treason and sedition cannot be papered over with “moving on.” They must be prosecuted. Those responsible must be arrested—starting with every official who knowingly signed off on fraud and ending with every foreign agent or domestic traitor who helped execute it.

And if government refuses to act, the people must. That begins with mass filings of constitutional grievances and affidavits of non-consent. It means peacefully refusing compliance with unlawful edicts, pressuring state legislatures to reclaim their authority, and supporting sheriffs, attorneys, and judges who will uphold the rule of law.

The Constitution was written precisely for moments like this. A foreign-backed, fraud-installed regime is not a government. It is a criminal cartel occupying power under false pretenses. We have the evidence. We have the legal authority. Now we must summon the will.

The election was stolen. The Constitution is clear. And the time to rewind the regime is now.

It’s time to put the puppeteer president and his puppet regime exactly where they belong—in the ash heap of history. Every executive order, every regulation, every dollar funneled into foreign pockets, every surveillance contract, every power grab—they weren’t just illegitimate, they were criminal. And the American people don’t owe criminals obedience.

This isn’t about politics. It’s about survival. It’s about whether we still live in a constitutional republic or just play one on TV. The clock is ticking. The lies are unraveling. And the truth is marching in.

Undo it all. Restore the Republic. Rewind the regime—before the curtain falls for good.
