A third individual has been arrested in connection with the sex toy-tossing fiasco that rocked the WNBA in July.
The man is Charles Burgess, 32, from Dayton, Ohio, who gave himself up to New York police after being listed as “on the run” since Aug. 5, which was the day he allegedly threw a dildo on the Barclays Center court during a contest between the Dallas Wings and New York Liberty.
According to authorities, the lime-green dildo Burgess allegedly tossed hit the leg of a 12-year-old girl.

Burgess is facing several charges, which features attempted assault and reckless endangerment. At his arraignment, Burgess pleaded not guilty and was released until his court date in December.
Since the WNBA started their crackdown on dildo-throwing fans, with arrests piling up, the sex toy-tossing streak has come to a halt. In Atlanta during a July 29 Dream game, Delbert Carver, 23, was placed under arrest after he allegedly threw a dildo onto the court. He faces multiple charges including disorderly conduct and public indecency. In Chicago a few days later, another green dildo was tossed on the court in the middle of a Sky game. No arrests have been made as of yet for that particular case. (RELATED: Fever’s Sophie Cunningham Slapped With Third Fine For Throwing Shade At Referees)
Kaden Lopez, 18, was arrested Aug. 5 in Phoenix after allegedly throwing a sex toy that hit both a man and his niece, who is just nine years old. Later, Lopez said that it was a prank.
