A third rape gang victim has quit Labour’s inquiry panel. That’s after a candidate to be the chairman dropped out this morning…
The victim, known as Elizabeth Harper, told GB News she was leaving the panel because she feared there was a lack of “genuine understanding of the grooming gangs scandal”. She added:
“I joined in the hope of helping to bring real change – to ensure that no survivor would ever again have to fight to be heard. Sadly, I no longer believe that this panel is delivering the truth, transparency, and accountability that survivors deserve.”
And Downing Street says the inquiry isn’t in crisis…
