Tiger Woods’ son Charlie nails hole-in-one this weekend

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, as the son of golf legend Tiger Woods proved this weekend.

Charlie Woods hit a hole-in-one at the Junior Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, his second after he nailed one when playing with his father at the PNC Championship back in December 2024.

The 16-year-old “stepped up to his tee shot on the par-3 third hole, and he hit a pure shot as it drew into the green 177 yards away,” Fox News reported Sunday.

“Woods watched as the ball landed on the green, and it drained, leading to a celebration on the tee box with his playing partners,” the outlet added.

The young Woods tied for 31st out of the 75 players after the three-day championship.

“The ace helped cap off his best round of the tournament – an even-par 72 – though he finished 7-over for the weekend and well down the leaderboard,” the Daily Mail noted.

His legendary father has had 20 hole-in-ones during his career, though only three of those came during official PGA Tour events.

Social media users reacted to the teenager’s latest accomplishment.
