Trump shares Adam Schiff tax document with warning he’s in BIG TROUBLE, maybe prison

President Donald Trump blasted Sen. Adam Schiff as a “thief” in a social media post calling for the California Democrat to be prosecuted.

The president targeted Schiff’s alleged mortgage fraud on Truth Social Sunday, including what appears to be a tax document signed by the man who led Democrats’ impeachment efforts against Trump in his first term.

“Adam Schiff is a THIEF! He should be prosecuted, just like they tried to prosecute me, and everyone else — The only difference is, WE WERE TOTALLY INNOCENT, IT WAS ALL A GIANT HOAX!” Trump wrote.

The 2011 affidavit showed Schiff’s signature certifying that his Maryland house is his primary residence, even though he lives in California, which he represented as he served 12 terms in the United States House of Representatives from 2001 to 2024.

“Adam Schiff said that his primary residence was in MARYLAND to get a cheaper mortgage and rip off America, when he must LIVE in CALIFORNIA because he was a Congressman from CALIFORNIA,” Trump wrote in a post last week.

“The FRAUD began with the refinance of his Maryland property on February 6, 2009, and continued through multiple transactions until the Maryland property was correctly designated as a second home on October 13, 2020,” he added.

Schiff fired back by claiming Trump’s remarks were a “baseless attempt at political retribution” for his years-long attacks against the president.

But Trump said the Democrat is in “big trouble” in another post on Sunday.

“He falsified Loan Documents. He once said my son would go to prison on a SCAM that Schiff, along with other Crooked Dems, illegally ‘manufactured’ in order to stage an actual coup,” the president wrote.

“My son did nothing wrong, knew nothing about the fictional story. It was an American Tragedy!” he continued. “Now Shifty should pay the price of prison for a real crime, not one made up by the corrupt accusers!”

U.S. Federal Housing Finance Agency Director William Pulte referred SChiff to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution over the mortgage documents back in May.

“Based on media reports, Mr. Adam B. Schiff has, in multiple instances, falsified bank documents and property records to acquire more favorable loan terms, impacting payments from 2003-2019 for a Potomac, Maryland-based property,” Pulte wrote in a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche.

Schiff “appears to have falsified records in order to receive favorable loan terms, and also appears to have been aware of the financial benefits of a primary residence mortgage when compared to a secondary residence mortgage,” Pulte wrote.

Schiff continued to deny any wrongdoing and called out Trump for “all baseless, all without merit” claims.
