President Donald Trump suggested Saturday that former President Barack Obama and several senior intelligence officials involved in the Trump-Russia investigation may face prosecution, following the declassification of new documents revealing their knowledge of the collusion narrative’s falsehood.
During the weekend, newly declassified documents released by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard showed that Barack Obama was briefed in December 2016 that the Trump-Russia collusion allegations were unfounded.
These documents detail a treasonous conspiracy by officials at the highest levels of the Obama White House to subvert the will of the American people and try to usurp the President from fulfilling his mandate.

The information was included in a presidential intelligence briefing prior to Trump taking office.
The disclosure comes after CIA Director John Ratcliffe revealed findings from a new CIA report detailing coordinated efforts by former FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director John Brennan, and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper to manipulate intelligence around the 2016 election.
The report alleges the three officials were aware the Steele Dossier was unverified but still used it to support surveillance and public claims regarding Trump’s alleged ties to Russia.

The dossier, funded by the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s campaign, has since been discredited, and multiple investigations concluded no evidence supported the original claims of collusion.
The newly released report also confirmed there was no foreign interference in the 2016 election outcome.
“We assess that foreign adversaries did not use cyber attacks on election infrastructure to alter the US Presidential election outcome this year. We have no evidence of cyber manipulation of election infrastructure intended to alter results,” the report stated.
The information suggests that Obama administration officials—including Obama himself, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, and former National Security Adviser Susan Rice—knew the claims of Russian interference to support Trump were false, yet promoted them through media outlets.
Tulsi Gabbard, now serving as Director of National Intelligence, called for criminal accountability.
She confirmed that she had sent the declassified documents to the Department of Justice for review.
“These documents detail a treasonous conspiracy by officials at the highest levels of the Obama White House to subvert the will of the American people and try to usurp the President from fulfilling his mandate,” Gabbard said.
Later Saturday, Gabbard appeared on Fox News and repeated her call for prosecutions.
“It is time to hold the Russia collusion hoaxers accountable,” she said.

White House spokesman Harrison Fields also appeared on Fox News and directly named Obama as responsible for launching and promoting the false narrative.
“Obama’s hands are on this and what is he doing now? He’s over here with his wife doing a podcast, walking with flipflops on the beach acting like his whole career was everything and a bag of chips! It wasn’t! It was the most corrupt presidency we have ever seen! We thought Joe Biden was bad. Now we know who was behind it all. It was Barack Hussein Obama and we need answers,” Fields said.
President Trump responded to the developments on Truth Social, praising Fields and the Fox News panel for addressing the issue publicly and reaffirming his support for prosecutions.
“Great job by young and talented Harrison Fields on FoxNews. The Panel was fantastic on prosecuting Obama and the ‘thugs’ who have just been unequivocally exposed on highest level Election Fraud. Congratulations to Tulsi Gabbard. Keep it coming!!!” Trump wrote.

As the investigation continues and additional documents are expected to be reviewed by the Justice Department, the push for accountability over the origins and handling of the Russia investigation is once again moving to the forefront.
