President Donald Trump addressed the Democratic Party’s leadership and policy issues during a recent interview with Glenn Beck, taking direct aim at Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) and raising concerns about the party’s direction.
Speaking with Beck, Trump criticized what he described as ongoing failures within the Democratic Party, both in terms of policy and leadership.
“It’s just so bad. Their policy is so bad,” Trump said.
“You know, they’re great at cheating, and they’re great at certain things, but they are so bad on policy, they’re so far off.”

Trump continued by pointing out the Democratic Party’s adherence to strategies he said had already proven unsuccessful.
“When I watched them trying to prosecute the same things that just lost an election in a landslide on, and they’re still going through the same things. It’s just crazy,” Trump said.
“And they don’t know who their leaders are.”

Turning his attention to emerging Democratic figures, Trump singled out Rep. Jasmine Crockett.
“They have a new one, Crockett. Have you seen Crockett? Have you ever seen her talk? This is going to be their leader?” Trump said.
During the conversation, Beck joked that he hoped Crockett would become the Democratic Party’s next presidential candidate.
Trump responded, “Well, we can hope in one way, but in another way, it’s pretty demeaning. It’s demeaning to our country. You don’t see anybody out there.”

Crockett, a freshman congresswoman from Texas, has received increased media attention in recent months following a series of public controversies.
She recently made headlines for her involvement in the “#TeslaTakedown” movement and for comments made about several Republican officials.
In one incident, Crockett suggested that someone should physically assault Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).
She also faced criticism after making remarks about Texas Governor Greg Abbott during a Human Rights Campaign event, where she referred to him as “Governor Hot Wheels” and called him a “hot-a** mess.”
Governor Abbott has been paralyzed since a 1984 accident.
Crockett’s background has also drawn scrutiny. She attended a private school in St. Louis and later graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee.
Despite her upbringing, Crockett’s frequent use of nonstandard English has been criticized by some observers who argue it is a political performance rather than a reflection of her personal history.
Throughout the interview, Trump emphasized that his criticism was based on concerns about leadership and public discourse, rather than personal attacks.
His remarks reflect ongoing Republican concerns about the Democratic Party’s leadership choices heading into future elections.
While Trump’s comments sparked reactions across social media and news outlets, Crockett has not yet publicly responded to the interview.
The discussion with Glenn Beck comes as Trump continues to focus on policy issues and leadership standards within both major political parties heading into the next election cycle.
