Trump touts YUGE number of illegal aliens peeled off Social Security roll

President Donald Trump celebrated the 90th anniversary of the Social Security Act on Thursday by announcing how many illegal aliens his administration has kicked off the program.

“To protect our benefits, we’ve already kicked nearly 275,000 illegal aliens off of the Social Security system,” he said from the Oval Office. “These are people, many of them have already left the country, and yet we were sending them checks all the time.”

The Social Security Administration (SSA) has also confirmed these numbers.

“Under President Trump’s leadership, SSA updated the Social Security records of about 275,000 individuals no longer holding legal status, ensuring people ineligible to receive benefits are not improperly paid,” an SSA spokesperson told the Daily Mail.

Trump also slammed the Biden administration for nearly ruining Social Security.

“Almost 60 million American seniors rely on Social Security for peace of mind and a life of dignity and retirement,” he said. “These Americans paid into the system, and they deserve leaders in Washington who are going to protect the benefits they’ve had and protect Social Security.”

“Under Biden, Social Security went down like nobody’s ever seen. It deteriorated. There’s never been anything like it. The four years of Biden were very, very destructive. It couldn’t have gone on much longer,” he added.

The president continued by talking about Social Security’s wait times.

He noted that wait times have declined 23 percent, while conversely, the number of people who have scheduled appointments has quintupled.

Overall, the SSA has reportedly handled 70 percent more calls than it did the year prior. It’s also lowered the speed of answers and reduced the disability backlog.

“While Democrats flail and peddle lies about Social Security, President Trump is demonstrating his unbreakable commitment to protecting and strengthening this vital program for the nearly 72 million Americans who benefit from it,” White House spokesperson Liz Huston said in a statement.

SSA Administrator Frank J. Bisignano also celebrated the administration’s accomplishments.

“For 90 years, Social Security has stood as a promise kept, ensuring that older Americans, people with disabilities, and families facing loss have the support they need,” he said. “As we honor this legacy, we are also building a future where service is faster, smarter, and more accessible than ever before.”

“Through President Trump’s vision, we are protecting and preserving Social Security by delivering extraordinary customer service through technological improvements and enhanced process engineering,” he added.

The president’s Oval Office press conference continued with him touting the “One Big, Beautiful Bill” and its tax benefits. He said specifically that the bill will allow “the vast majority of seniors who receive social security” to pay nothing in taxes on their benefits.

“The largest tax break for seniors in the history of our country!” he added.

He concluded by claiming the system will get better and better over time.

“On this 90th Anniversary of the Social Security Act, we recognize the countless contributions of every American senior who has invested their time, talent, and resources into our Nation’s future,” Trump said.

“On this momentous milestone, we recommit to strengthening our retirement system, protecting programs like Social Security and Medicare against fraud and abuse, and ensuring that every future generation of American citizens has the income security they need and earned,” he added.
