“He was a talented student-athlete who enriched our lives with his spirit, dedication, and passion for both sports and academics,” Tulane vice president of student affairs Sarah Cunningham said, per Breitbart. “Gregg was an outstanding athlete on our men’s basketball team and an individual who brought joy and light to those around him. His commitment to excellence inspired many of us.”

She went on to say, “Let us remember Gregg not just for his achievements in sports, but for the kindness and warmth he shared with everyone. He will forever remain a part of our university family.”

A major in Health & Wellness who was originally from Pompano Beach, Florida, Glenn III put up an average of 10.6 points-per-game for the Green Wave in the 2024-25 season, shooting 49.8% from the field. He was the fourth-top scorer on the team, and also was second in both assists (5.3) and rebounds (3.1).

Glenn was a starter in every single game (34) in the 2024-25 campaign and listed as 247Sports’ No. 90 overall prospect.
