An illegal alien man and his illegal alien uncle have been charged in the disappearance and death of a Maryland mother of two.
On April 2nd, the illegal alien man, Keycy Robinson Alexi Barrera-Rosa, 24, reported his girlfriend, Lesbia Mileth Ramirez Guerra, 23, was missing. Barrera-Rosa is reportedly also the father of her two children.
The authorities immediately suspected foul play based on both “the nature of the circumstances” and on the fact that Barrera-Rosa was found to be an illegal alien with counterfeit “federal documents,” according to a press release from the Charles County Sheriff’s Office.

Roughly two weeks later, on April 17th, the authorities discovered Guerra’s body in a “heavily wooded area” of Cedarville State Forest.
“Since April 7, detectives have continued to follow leads, interview witnesses, and review digital evidence in an attempt to locate Guerra,” according to a second press release from the sheriff’s office.
“Those leads led detectives to the area just outside of Cedarville State Forest in Prince George’s County, MD. During the search of a heavily wooded area of the forest, detectives located a body believed to be Guerra, who had been buried,” the press release continues.
Barrera-Rosa was immediately arrested, as was his uncle Rolvin Eduardo Bererra-Bererra, whom the sheriff’s office said was “an accessory for actions he took in Prince George’s County following [Guerra’s] murder.”
Bererra-Bererra is reportedly currently being held at the Charles County Detention Center without bond, while Barrera-Rosa is being held in Virginia and awaiting extradition to Charles County, Maryland.

“While this was not the ending that we all hoped for, I am grateful to all those who worked so hard to find Ms. Guerra,” Charles County Sheriff Troy D. Berry said in a statement. “On behalf of the Charles County Sheriff’s Office, I offer our most sincere condolences to all of her family and friends.”
“The arrest of these two individuals marks a significant step towards justice,” ICE Baltimore acting Field Office Director Vernon Liggins added in a separate statement. “This heinous crime not only devastated a community but also reinforced the urgent need to prioritize public safety by identifying, arresting, and removing egregious illegal aliens who threaten our neighborhoods.”
Documents obtained by the Southern Maryland News Net show that Bererra-Bererra told the police during a recorded interview on April 17th that his nephew had strangled Guerra to death and that he’d subsequently helped his younger relative bury her body.
The outlet also learned that cell phone records had played a key role in the Charles County Sheriff’s Office’s investigation.
“They revealed that Barrera Rosa contacted his uncle, Barerra-Barerra, while traveling to Glen Dale, Prince George’s County, on April 1,” the reporting continues. “The two then traveled together to a grocery store in Brandywine before heading toward Cedarville State Park.”
“Surveillance footage from the store shows Barerra-Barerra placing an item, which he later admitted was a shovel, into his nephew’s Toyota 4Runner before both men entered the vehicle,” the report concludes.
According to a press release from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Barrera-Rosa and Barerra-Barerra were allowed entry into the United States near El Paso on April 10th, 2019, and were subsequently given a notice to appear in the future before an immigration judge.

Barrera-Rosa has been charged with first-degree murder, while his uncle has been charged with one felony count of being an accessory after the fact to first-degree murder, and one misdemeanor count of altering physical evidence.
All this comes amid a rush by the Trump administration to apprehend and deport illegal aliens as quickly as possible using the Alien Enemies Act. These efforts have faced increasing delays, however, due to injunctions from district courts across the country.
Even the Supreme Court has weighed in on the matter, ruling last weekend that the administration may not deport a bunch of Venezuelan illegal aliens without first granting them due process.
