Ahh, so this explains why the Ravens can never catch a break.
For the final “Sunday Night Football” game of the regular season, the NFL gave us an AFC North rivalry matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers, and it would be Black & Yellow who would walk away with the 26-24 victory.
But it’s how they got the victory that has people talking. (RELATED: Giants, Cowboys See Scuffle, Ejection On Last Day Of Regular Season)
After Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw a touchdown pass to wide receiver Calvin Austin III to give Pittsburgh the lead with 55 seconds remaining on the clock, the Ravens ultimately put themselves in a position to win, lining up kicker Tyler Loop for a 44-yard field goal attempt. However, he’d miss the kick, and as a result, give the AFC North championship to Steeler Nation.
To make this situation even crazier, Pittsburgh actually had a priest bless the field prior to the game against Baltimore, and to be exact, it was the same end zone where Loop missed his game-winner.

It’s funny, because my wife and I (who are both fond of the Ravens), consistently talk about how Baltimore is overrated. Something bad is always happening with them. But now it all makes sense, God just hates the Baltimore Ravens.

And from the looks of it, he hates my Miami Dolphins too.
